The plaintiff appealed after a trial by jury in the Superior Court {Flynn, J.). The plaintiff was awarded a verdict at trial, but argues that certain errors were made in calculating the monetary award. We affirm in part, reverse in part and remand.

*530The plaintiff, Mathew A. Lipski, brought four actions against the defendant, Arnold Polonsky.
