This is an action for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff while riding a motorcycle on a public street in Kansas City, Missouri. Plaintiff recovered judgment for $12,000 and defendant appealed. The accident occurred February 26, 1928. Plaintiff, Harold Drake, was then about seventeen years old. He was riding on a motorcycle seated behind one Norman Brown who was driving the machine.
