Plaintiff, Titan Tire Corporation of Freeport, filed an action against defendant labor unions United Steel, Paper and Forestry, Rubber, Manufacturing, Energy, Allied Industrial and Service Workers International Union and its Local 745, to vacate an arbitration award rendered pursuant to a collective bargaining agreement between plaintiff and defendants.
