THIS CAUSE came before the Court on Plaintiff’s Complaint, Affidavits and Exhibits alleging Federal Trademark Infringement, Federal Unfair Competition, State Trademark Infringement, Trademark Counterfeiting, Common Law Unfair Competition, Injury to Business Reputation and Unfair Deceptive Trade Practices.
