OPINION OF THE COURT UPON FURTHER REVIEW

BURD, Senior Judge:

A general court-martial consisting of officer and enlisted members convicted the appellant, contrary to his pleas, of two specifications of wrongfully using cocaine, violating a general regulation by using his government travel card for personal purposes, maMng and uttering eight checks and then dishonorably failmg to maintam sufficient funds to cover them, and failing to go to his appointed place of duty, in violation of Articles 112a, 92, 134, and 86, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. §§ 912a, 892, 934, 886, respectively.
