This is an appeal by the defendant from a decree of the Circuit Court which awarded to his wife, the plaintiff, a divorce, the custody in general of their fourteen-year-old son, a one-half ownership in some real property the title to which stood in the defendant’s name, and some incidental relief. The complaint charged the defendant with cruel and inhuman treatment. The answer and cross complaint denied the charges and by way of cross complaint accused the plaintiff of desertion and of cruel and inhuman treatment.
