By this original proceeding, Relator, Mickey T. Braswell, proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis, seeks a writ of mandamus to compel the Honorable Richard Dambold 1 to set aside an Order to Withdraw Inmate Funds. Pursuant to section 501.014(e) of the Texas Government Code Annotated (Vernon Supp.2009), the order directs the Texas Department of Criminal Justice to collect $1,392.50 from Relator’s trust account to pay court costs, fines, and fees incurred by him in Cause Number 17,581-B, styled The State of Texas v.
