laThis suspensive appeal by defendant, The Dow Chemical Company (Dow), presents two assignments of error challenging the trial court’s final judgment in this groundwater contamination case. Plaintiffs, through representatives Troy Robichaux and Marva Fefee, answered Dow’s appeal and then lodged a devolutive appeal of their own. Plaintiffs’ appeal raises thirty-one assignments of error attacking the same judgment. Finally, attorney William W.
