ROSSMAN, J.
Upon the rehearing the appellant has stressed two contentions. In the one he submits that the Circuit Court should have dismissed the appeal from the County Court. As a foundation for this contention he says that the plaintiff (appellant) failed to have incorporated in the transcript all of the papers on file with the County Court. The transcript consisted of the decree of the County Court, a notice of appeal and the undertaking. The decree contained a narrative of the proceedings that had taken place before the County Court.
