The Defendants,1 Johnson Wales University (JW) and Agostini Construction Company, Inc. (ACC), move for reconsideration of the Court's January 17, 2002 Decision, which awarded attorney's fees in the amount of $12,383 in favor of Plaintiff Keystone Elevator Company, Inc. (Keystone or Plaintiff) under the mechanic's lien statute.
