Plaintiff was injured on. the platform of defendant’s station at Exline, a town, in Iowa near the Missouri border, and. she'alleges in her petition that her injury was caused by negligence-of defendant in permitting a hole to remain in the platform in the way of passengers going from the ticket-office to board passenger trains. The cause of action pleaded is common law negligence and the petition does not plead the laws of the State of Iowa.
