People Ex Rel. Lloyd v. University of Illinois

The University of Illinois by this appeal challenges the validity of a judgment of the county court of Vermilion county overruling its objections to applications for sale of certain lands for deliiiquent taxes for the years 1926 to 1932, both inclusive. The lands involved are the same as those referred to in People v. University of Illinois, 328 Ill. 377.
