The county treasurer of Sangamon county, ex officio county collector, applied to the county court of that county for judgments and orders of sale for the delinquent taxes levied in 1939. The appellees, Chicago, Burlington Quincy Railroad Company, the Receivers of Wabash Railway Company, the Alton Railroad Company, Illinois Central Railroad Company, Chicago Illinois Midland Railway Company, Illinois Terminal Railroad Company and Chicago and Northwestern Railway Company, filed separate objections to certain taxes levied against their respective properties.
