The defendant Margaret Eck has conducted a private nursing home, hospital and sanitarium for profit, at No. 117 South Fullerton avenue, Montclair, New Jersey, for more than fifteen years. In or about October, 1932, the complainants acquired the title to the adjoining premises, at No. 115 South Fullerton avenue, Montclair, New Jersey, which they *664have since ocenpied. They seek to enjoin the defendant from conducting her business on the described premises for the reasons that:
