This bankruptcy appeal is pending before the court on the merits.
Appellant Southern Discount Company raises two primary issues on appeal. First, the appellant argues that the bankruptcy court erred in permitting the appellees, who are debtors under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code, to proceed with this action without paying a $60.00 filing fee. Second, appellant argues that the bankruptcy court erred in ruling that appellees could avoid the appellant’s lien on appellees’ household goods.
