I. General Introduction

Before the Court is a motion by Bank of America, N.A. to dismiss the adversary proceeding filed against it by Broadhollow Funding, LLC, Melville Funding, LLC and American Home Mortgage Servicing, Inc. (collectively “Plaintiffs”). Bank of America, N.A. argues that American Home Mortgage Servicing, Inc., which is the only one of the Plaintiffs in bankruptcy, lacks standing to bring this action because it is a stranger to the contracts between Bank of America, N.A. and Broadhollow Funding, LLC and Melville…
