VAN DUSEN, Senior Circuit Judge.
This is an appeal from a final order of the district court granting summary judgment in favor of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare against Julia Golofski, a claimant of disability benefits under the Social Security Act. The district court concluded that the Secretary’s decision, denying benefits to Golofski, was supported by substantial evidence in its review of the Secretary’s action pursuant to § 205(g) of the Act, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g).
