Martin S. Abrams, appellant, brought two separate appeals which have been consolidated in this court. In 59401, Abrams appeals from a consent decree entered upon consolidation of three class action complaints filed respectively by Harold J. Green, Larry S. Mayster, and Block, Levy & Becker, plaintiffs-appellees, against International Business Machines Corp.
