Petitioner, Mary E. Perry, sought compensation for the death of her husband, a window washer for the respondent employer, the Chicago board of education. The arbitrator found petitioner’s husband had suffered an accidental injury arising out of and in the course of employment which contributed to his death. He awarded claimant $173.33 per week for life, $8,184.70 in medical expenses, and $1,750 for funeral expenses.
