We granted certiorari in this case to consider the interplay between the doctrine of parties to a crime and the crime of aggravated stalking.1 A person commits the crime of aggravated stalking when she stalks another person while under a court order not to do so.2 This case raises the issue whether a person may be found guilty as a party to the crime of aggravated stalking if she assists a second person in stalking the victim but is unaware that a court order has been imposed on the second person against stalking the victim.
