Hart, J. (after stating the facts).

The sole issue raised by the appeal is whether or not the court erred in sustaining the motion of the defendant to dismiss the complaint on the ground that it could not be properly sued in Jackson County, Ar.k..It is conceded that the State may require a foreign corporation to submit to the terms imposed by the statute as a condition precedent to carrying on business in the State.
