CUMMINGS, Circuit Judge.

This diversity case concerns an issue of contract interpretation to be decided under Illinois law. Diane M. Bourke, Jane B. Per-rin, and Michael S. Geltzeiler allege that their former employer, Dun & Bradstreet Corp. (“D & B”), owes them money under a contractual incentive compensation plan. They sued D & B for breach of contract, violation of the Illinois Wage Payment and Collection Act, 820 Ill. Comp. Stat. 11511, et seq., and unjust enrichment.
