Per Curiam :

This was an action of trespass on the case, to recover for personal injuries. The declaration contained three counts. The second count in the amended declaration sets up plaintiff’s cause of action more fully than either of the ■other counts, and it is in substance as follows: “That on the 18th day of August, 1885, defendant was operating a city passenger railway in the city of Chicago, and was possessed of certain cars drawn by horses for the conveyance of passengers upon said railway; that divers newsboys, for a long time prior to the happening of the grievances complained of,…
