POSNER, Chief Judge.

This appeal presents an important interpretive question under the Truth in Lending. Act and one on which we are unable to find any appellate decisions. Mr. and Mrs. Ben-ion bought a satellite dish from Superior Satellite, an authorized dealer in products distributed by EchoStar Communications. The price of the dish was around $3,000 and in addition the Benions paid $1,000 for a year’s worth of programming transmitted by satellite.
