MEMORANDUM OPINION

Introduction
The plaintiffs, Gary L. Whitson, Jr., and Gary L. Whitson, Sr., filed a complaint under Bankruptcy Code Section 523(a)(9) to determine the dischargeability of separate indebtedness to them which is represented by a default state court judgment. The Court conducted a trial on this complaint and at the conclusion of trial took the matter under advisement.
