Plaintiff Appellee, Lauren McLaughlin, commenced this action for damages arising from his alleged wrongful exclusion as tenant from the premises owned by Defendants Appellants, Nellie McLaughlin, Laura Harl and Elwood Mudge. The Defendants filed their answer and also a counterclaim against Plaintiff for damages, the Plaintiff filing an answer to such counterclaim.
