Appellants, as plaintiffs, filed their petition in the circuit court alleging that plaintiffs and some of the defendants are all of the heirs of Henry Keeven who died, intestate, on November 14, 1941; that defendant, Anna Keeven, is the wife of a co-defendant, George Keeven, and defendant, Sudekum, is administrator of the Henry Keeven estate.
