Russell Thomas Evans (the “Debtor”) filed a voluntary bankruptcy petition in this Court under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code1 on November 8, 2013 (the “Petition Date”). Roy M. Terry, Jr. .(the “Trustee”), is the duly appointed and acting Chapter 7 Trustee for the Debtor’s bankruptcy estate.
