DECISION AND JUDGMENT ENTRY
{¶ 1} Donald E. Smith appeals the judgment of the Pickaway County Court of Common Pleas in Case No. 2004-CR-234, convicting him of illegal use of minor in nudity-oriented material or performance. Smith also appeals the judgment of the Pickaway County Court of Common Pleas in Case No. 2004-CR-253, convicting him of aggravated burglary, felonious assault, and four counts of kidnapping.
