DAVIDSON, Presiding Judge.
Appellant was convicted of burglary, his punishment being assessed at two years confinement in the penitentiary.
The only question submitted for consideration by this court is the sufficiency of the evidence. It is shown by the statement of facts that on the evening of May 39, 1909, Beatrice Benedict gave an entertainment to a party of friends.
