*1379Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Monroe County (Joseph D. Valentino, J.), rendered January 16, 2009. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of scheme to defraud in the first degree, body stealing (17 counts), opening graves (17 counts) and unlawful dissection of the body of a human being (17 counts).

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously affirmed.
