On July 11-13, 2005, a Hearing Board held a hearing pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.18, and suspended Respondent David Alan Scott (Attorney Registration No. 26909) from the practice of law for one year and one day, effective October 8, 2005. The Hearing Board also ordered Respondent to complete a certified domestic violence treatment program and pay the costs incurred in conjunction with these proceedings.
