INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff Wickers Sportswear, Inc., (“Plaintiff’) brings the present suit against Defendant Gentry Mills, Inc., (“Defendant”) alleging breach of contract, breach of express warranty, breach of implied warranty of merchantability, breach of implied warranty of fitness for the ordinary purpose, and negligence. Plaintiff asserts that this Court has personal jurisdiction over Defendant pursuant to the federal courts’ diversity jurisdiction, 28 U.S.C. § 1332.
