INTRODUCTION

This matter is before the court on a motion to dismiss each of plaintiffs’ six causes of action filed by Salt Lake City Corporation, Chief Chris Burbank, Lt. Rich Brede, and Police Officers 1-10 (collectively “SLC Defendants”). (Dkt. No. 16.)
