LATTIMORE, Judge.

— Conviction for possessing and transporting intoxicating liquor; punishment, one year in the penitentiary.

The indictment contained two counts, one charging possession of intoxicating liquor for purposes of sale, the other charging transportation of such liquor. Both counts were submitted to the jury in the charge of the court. The verdict read as follows: “We, the jury, find the defendant guilty of transporting and possessing intoxicating liquor, and assess his punishment at one (1) year confinement in the penitentiary. H.
