The defendant in the trial court, appellant here, was indicted and upon trial found guilty on the charge that he “did unlawfully and feloniously receive and aid in the concealment of one Gator boat trailer * * *, all of the value of more than $100.00, which said property had theretofore been stolen from David J. Craig, and was the property of David J. Craig, * * * ” knowing the same to have been stolen.
