This is an original petition, filed under the workmen’s compensation act, general laws 1938, chapter 300, asking for compensation and medical expenses from the respondent by reason of an alleged accident which the petitioner is claimed to have suffered, arising out of and in' the course of his employment. In the superior court, after a hearing, a decree was entered denying and dismissing the petition and the petitioner has duly prosecuted his appeal to this court.
