THIS MATTER is before the Court on the Debtor’s Motion to Approve Sale of Real Property Free and Clear of Liens to Ray and Colleen Milligan Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 363 (the “Motion”) (Docket No. 31), filed by and through its attorneys of record, Law Office of George “Dave” Gid-dens, P.C.
