The Town of Harrison ("the Town") and the Darboy Joint Sanitary District No. 1 ("the Sanitary District") appeal from the circuit court's orders: (1) granting the City of Kaukauna's ("the City") motion to dismiss the complaint and denying the Town and the Sanitary District's motion for summary judgment; and (2) denying the Town and the Sanitary District's motions for reconsideration and injunctive relief.
