| Bradley Gayton appeals his conviction for possession of cocaine, a controlled dangerous substance. In his sole assignment of error, Mr. Gayton asserts that the trial judge abused his discretion by improperly denying his motion to suppress the evidence seized as a result of a warrantless search of his person at the time of his arrest.
