J.Plaintiffs and respondents obtained a judgment against defendant and appellant H. L. Benbough Company, Ltd., a corporation, the operator of a retail store, for personal injuries and damages alleged to have occurred as the result of certain defective workmanship in assembling an aluminum tubular kitchen chair sold by it to respondents. Defendant Ogle Aluminum Furniture, Inc., manufacturer of the chair, sold it to appellant in a ‘‘knocked down” condition. This particular defendant went bankrupt and was not served with process.
