OPINION

BRAMMER, Judge.

¶ 1 The state appeals the trial court’s grant of Ryan Ray Olm’s motion to suppress evidence obtained in a warrantless search of his vehicle. The state argues Olm had no protected privacy interest in the front yard of his home where the vehicle had been parked. Finding no error, we affirm.
