laThis is a personal injury action brought by Brandon Robbins, an employee of Swivel Rental and Supply, LLC (“Swivel”), arising out of an accident where Mr. Robbins was injured while working on a rig operated by Grosse Tete Well Service, Inc. (“Grosse Tete”). Mr. Robbins brought his cause of action in the 18th Judicial District Court, but did not name his employer, Swivel, as a defendant.
