HABHAB, Judge.

Plaintiff Fern Bidwell (Bidwell) contracted with defendant Midwest Solariums, Inc. for the construction of a sunroom onto her house for $18,948. According to the terms of the contract, Bidwell was to pay ten percent of the contract price upon acceptance of the proposal ($1894.80), forty percent within ten days of acceptance ($7579.20), thirty percent upon delivery of the unit ($5684.40), fifteen percent upon completion ($2842.20), and five percent upon completion of electrical ($947.40).
