The Central of Georgia Railway Company has filed its bill praying for an injunction against the mayor and council of the city of Macon and the Macon, Dublin & Savannah Railroad Company. The averments of the bill are as follows: That on the 7th of May, 1901, the complainant was in the peaceable possession of certain properties, rights of way, and franchises in the city *866of Macon for railroad purposes.
