— This is an action by the trustee of an insolvent- bankrupt to recover possession of a stock of goods sold by the bankrupt to one of the defendants, and to obtain judgment against one of the other defendants on the ground that- he was a creditor of the bankrupt, and a *523preference was given to him by the bankrupt in the payment of his claim against the bankrupt. Both plaintiff and defendants appeal.
