DUFFY, Chancellor.
This is the decision after final hearing on an application for a permanent injunction prohibiting defendant from erecting a chain link fence along some 1,100 feet of boundary line which divides the properties of the parties.

Henry B. Robertson (defendant) owns about 42 acres of land near Centerville; close to center of the tract there is a house in which he has lived for many years.
