The issues presented for review in this appeal stem from an earlier proceeding brought by Theresa Wilson Royster, individually and in her capacity as administra-trix of the succession of Woodrow Wilson, Sr., against Willie Earl Wilson, Emma Jean Wilson, Rose Major Wilson, Katie Major Brown, Patronella Major and Agnes Major *715Johnson Naphier, the latter four being collectively referred to as the Majors.
