This is a civil action for damages to real estate and personal property In a dwelling house, situated on said real estate, brought by Vernon H. Krieger and Audrey Krieger, his wife, appellees, as owners of said real estate and .personal property, against appellant, for carelessness and negligence by appellant in. the installation of a furnace in the dwelling, proximately causing a fire in the house and the damages complained of. Qne Laura Thode was made a party defendant to answer as to her interest, if any.
