MEMORANDUM OPINION GRANTING DEBTOR’S MOTION FOR HARDSHIP DISCHARGE

PHILLIP J. SHEFFERLY, Bankruptcy Judge.

The Debtor filed this chapter 13 petition on August 30, 2000. She proposed a sixty-month plan with an expected 10% dividend to general unsecured creditors. Her plan was confirmed on December 22, 2000. The Debtor has since experienced serious medical problems, beginning in July, 2003. She filed a motion for a hardship discharge under § 1328(b), to which the Chapter 13 Trustee objected.
